Horrible place! They don't care about customers at all! Our car broke down and was towed to this dealership per our insurance request. We were told it would be "a week or 2" before they could even look at it. Then we were told it would be $110.00 for them to do "a quick look" when they are finally able to get it in. Our salesman was mainly focused on getting the paperwork signed and getting us out the door. Once we agreed on a deal the salesman was unable to explain most of the vehicle options that we had questions about. We are GM employees that know most of the vehicle features but since this is our first convertible we had questions that took a while to get answered. He did explain the Safety Brake feature that turns out was never installed even though the supplemental price sheet indicated it was on the vehicle. I live over 100 miles from this dealer. Found a 2010 GMC Sierra I was interested in. Asked for negotiating room in their price. Was told they wouldn't budge and price was firm and fair. Two weeks later they lowered the price $2100+ so they just wanted to "wait out" their high price for another buyer hoping to move it at top dollar. Despite numerous attempts to negotiate they would not until they reduced their price.
