Service good. Negative side-.My dealer in Madison Indiana went out of way to find any & all applicable coupons or deals to lower costs.

Horrible place! They don't care about customers at all! Our car broke down and was towed to this dealership per our insurance request. We were told it would be "a week or 2" before they could even look at it. Then we were told it would be $110.00 for them to do "a quick look" when they are finally able to get it in. We are from out of state...they knew this but never offered any help or even one ounce of sympathy. They had a "we don't care" attitude. I would never recommend this place to anyone...even my worst enemy.

Great deal on a hard to find 2021 pickup truck. Very fair on trade in price. Great people to deal with in sales and service.

Our salesman was mainly focused on getting the paperwork signed and getting us out the door. Once we agreed on a deal the salesman was unable to explain most of the vehicle options that we had questions about. We are GM employees that know most of the vehicle features but since this is our first convertible we had questions that took a while to get answered. He did explain the Safety Brake feature that turns out was never installed even though the supplemental price sheet indicated it was on the vehicle. The only follow up was an email requesting that we fill out the survey as completely satisfied. Once we got home we found extra parts in the trunk. Our salesman told us that some people didn’t want these installed. Had these been explained at the dealership we would have asked them to install them before leaving. Instead, I had to spend an hour laying on my garage floor to put them on. The general manager was friendly and talkative when we arrived. After driving our trade he only pointed out the negative aspects and was unwilling to come up on trade price. He did come up a little and two days later our trade was listed on the website at $5,400+ more than we were given. I know you are in business to make money but this seemed a little off balance Once the deal was completed the manager never spoke to us or thanked us for our business . The finance guy was excellent and was very good at his job. He explained all of the papers we signed and was very thorough. Overall we are happy with the car but not the experience of our dealings with Wetzel Chevrolet.

Thanks guys for taking care of all my Chevy Terrain problems. The guys in the Chevy service and repair have kept me from losing my mind. Bought the Terrain and it’s been in repair 4 x’s . Haven’t even made the 2nd payments when I started having problems. But the guys are awesome help
